Mission
Triad Christian Academy exists for the purpose of providing quality childcare and
preschool education to children ages six weeks through twelve years in an atmosphere,
which cultivates and nurtures strong Judeo-Christian values. The Board of Directors'
primary goal is to establish a Christian environment that is loving, nurturing and
developmentally appropriate for each child.
Philosophy
We believe that God uniquely created each child with individual gifts to share with the
world. Children have a need to discover their potential and purpose for being here on
earth. Triad Christian Academy believes in the essential dignity of all human beings and
the value of all human work whether with head or hand. Our goal is to successfully
facilitate the nurture and development of each child toward a happy and fulfilled adulthood.
The leadership and staff at Triad Christian Academy value the special spiritual quality of
children. We believe in a nurturing and calm environment that fosters growth, self-
discipline and independence. There will be little tolerance of offensive behaviors. It is our
goal to �Train up a child in the way he/she should go so that when he/she is old, he/she will

The Academy seeks to achieve the following objectives:
To provide a safe environment and caring staff in all classrooms;
To provide a stimulating preschool and school age program in which every child receives
social and educational support;
To develop each child's positive sense of self worth, self discipline and moral values based
on Christianity; and
To respect and cherish the value of childhood.
